Refund & Shipping Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
There are no refunds for all Seamoss orders. Should we decide to issue a refund it is at the sole discretion of Scotts Wholistic.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at admin@scottswholistic.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Scotts Wholistic LLC, P.O. BOX 2023, Loganville GA 30052, United States.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We use third party shipping carriers to ship our goods. These carriers include DHL, USPS, UPS & FEDEX. We do not guarantee their service. Any loss or damage claims due to delivery should be addressed with the carrier. All loss or damages due to shipping delays due to the carrier should be addressed with the carrier. All orders will be shipped Monday - Wednesday 8am - 5pm within 72hrs of purchase.
Order Tracking
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
Back Orders
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Scotts Wholistic is not responsible for items damaged during shipment. Scotts Wholistic is not responsible for items stolen during transit.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders, perishable goods made to order or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Juices, plain or flavored Seamoss/Sea Moss Gels, specialty teas, or any product made to order cannot be returned. Raw, dry, unclean Seamoss will only be returned on a case by case basis. Please contact us for further details. Items received in a spoiled condition or state are not returnable or refundable. Items received after the delivery date due to no fault of the seller Scotts Wholistic are not returnable or refundable. Items received after the delivery time due to weather or traffic delay are not returnable or refundable. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. We reserve the right to deny any refund or exchange for any reason. We are not liable for any and all shipping losses or damages incurred during shipping and handling. By you purchasing our products you agree to our policy.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at admin@scottswholistic.com.
Restocking Fee
All items are subject to a 20% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
